Parent Data Confirmation Opens 7/28
Welcome to a new school year! Our student information system has been updated and is ready to use. However, Parent Data Confirmation (PDC) will not open until July 28th.
For those parents that received a QR code to begin the process, please wait until Monday to scan it and begin the PDC process.
If you no longer have the QR code or did not receive one, use this link to get to the parent portal: https://hilmarusd.aeries.net/student
Also, all portal accounts have been updated. If you have students missing from your Parent Portal, please email tc@hilmar.k12.ca.us with the student(s) you are missing as well as the ones you are currently connected to. We will need to compare information on the accounts in order to verify your data. If we are unable to verify your account, you will have to wait until school offices open in order to properly update your student's contact records.
